KnitGamesConsole Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026. KnitGamesConsole is an internal application operated by Bill Young at Knit Games for authorized website and Google Ads research and management. Contact: hello@knitgames.top.
Google data accessed
-
The Search Console component accesses authorized property URLs and permission levels, search-performance dimensions and metrics, sitemap metadata, and URL-index inspection results. It requests the
webmasters.readonlyGoogle scope. -
The Ads component accesses the configured advertising account, campaigns, ad groups, keywords and negative-keyword settings, ad destination URLs and policy statuses, disclosed search queries, performance metrics, conversion definitions and goals, and keyword-research data when available. It uses Google’s
adwordsOAuth scope. -
OAuth authorization provides access credentials needed to call Google APIs. The application does not request a Google Account password. The implemented reporting tools do not retrieve customer lead submissions or payment-card data.
How data is used
Data is used to display and export private reports, explain search and advertising performance, research keywords and bids, diagnose conversion configuration, and perform separately requested, server-authorized keyword additions or CPC-cap updates. Research and reports do not automatically change advertising. The Search Console component does not edit Search Console data or submit indexing requests.
Storage and retention
The application stores OAuth connection configuration and credentials in its hosted database with application-level encryption. The Ads component retains operation previews, before/after settings, keyword manifests and execution-audit records for review and reconciliation. Read-only reports may also be retained in the operator’s chat history or saved local exports.
There is no stated automatic deletion deadline for all application records. Connection credentials remain until they are removed through the relevant application connection process or operator administration. Revoking Google access prevents further authorized use of that grant but does not by itself erase previously saved reports, audit records or exports. Deletion requests are handled by the operator, with any retained records or limitations explained to the requester.
Processing and disclosure
Google data can be processed by Google APIs, the application’s managed hosting and database services, OpenAI’s ChatGPT or Codex services when the operator uses the connected tools, and the operator’s device when reports are downloaded. Data is transferred to these services to provide the application functions the operator requests. Provider processing and retention depend on the applicable service terms, account controls and privacy policies.
The application does not sell Google user data or provide it to data brokers. Google data is not used by the application’s own code to train a general-purpose AI model. The operator must use receiving services under settings and terms compatible with the applicable Google data-use obligations; this statement does not promise that an external provider has no retention.
Access controls and security
The hosted tools require the permitted Site user’s authenticated identity. Advertising operations additionally use configured account, caller and operation limits, reviewed previews, and execution checks. The application uses HTTPS and does not display OAuth secrets or refresh tokens in reports. Security controls reduce risk but do not constitute a guarantee against every incident.
Revoke access or request deletion
You can revoke the application’s grant through Google Account third-party connections. The Search Console component also has an application disconnect function. To request deletion of stored application credentials, audit records or operator-held reports, contact hello@knitgames.top. Chat history or provider-held records may require the corresponding provider’s account controls.
Google policy commitments
Use of Google API data follows Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Material changes to the application’s data use must be disclosed, and additional consent obtained where required.
